Last year, Mount Royal University underwent massive improvement when the new Riddell Library and Learning Centre opened on campus. This has left previous library completely empty – that is until the Bookstore relocated during its renovations last semester. But now that the bookstore moved back to its original location, the library is once again empty.
Associate Vice President-Facilities Management, Grant Sommerfeld, says that they plan on using the space for two different purposes. A blend of class room and lab space.
